1. General

These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings, purchases, and participation in experiences at Bloom Care & Wellbeing LTD, located at 130 Castle St, Stockport, SK3 9JH.

By booking or attending any session, workshop, party, or studio rental, you agree to these terms.

2. Bookings & Payments

• All bookings must be made in advance through our website or approved channels.
• Full payment is required to secure your booking unless otherwise stated.
• Party bookings may require a non-refundable deposit.
• Prices are subject to change without notice.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Workshop & Studio Bookings:
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to receive a reschedule credit.

• Party Bookings:
Deposits are non-refundable.
Rescheduling is permitted with at least 7 days’ notice, subject to availability.

• No-shows are non-refundable.

4. Safety & Participation

• All participants must follow staff instructions at all times.
• Splatter Studio participants must wear protective gear provided.
• Closed-toe shoes are required for paint sessions.
• Children must be supervised according to session guidelines.

Bloom reserves the right to remove any participant behaving in an unsafe or disruptive manner without refund.

5. Liability

Participation in creative and paint-based activities involves risk of staining clothing and minor accidental injury.

Bloom Care & Wellbeing LTD is not responsible for:
• Damage to personal clothing or belongings
• Allergic reactions to materials (unless disclosed in advance)
• Injuries resulting from failure to follow instructions

All activities are undertaken at your own risk.

6. Photography & Media

We may photograph or film sessions for promotional purposes.

If you do not wish to appear in media content, you must inform staff before your session.

7. Content Studio Usage

• Studio rentals are time-based.
• Overtime will incur additional charges.
• Equipment damage will be charged to the renter.

8. Parties & Private Events

Final guest counts must be confirmed 72 hours prior to the event.
Bloom reserves the right to refuse entry if capacity limits are exceeded.

9. Intellectual Property

All Bloom branding, materials, and creative concepts remain the property of Bloom Care & Wellbeing LTD.
